Floor Plan Drawing

Our plans will have all rooms measured out separately and labeled with room names. Plans will have measurements shown on plans. We will measure around all fixed cabinetry, hearths, tubs, and any areas not included in your project scope. We can color-code the plan for different material types if applicable. We will note existing flooring type and add special notes if necessary.

Product Quantities

We will give you net square-foot quantities broken out by room/area. We will also include perimeter amounts so you can know approx how much shoe-molding, quarter-round, or baseboards you will need. We will let you know how many of each type of transitions you will need. We do not figure a waste-factors because every installer wastes different amounts, so you will be responsible for figuring you own waste & overage.
